everything set up and they also had to deal with some old , inherited systems which we ’ re currently doing away with in favour of new technology . So in the first 18 months I would say our performance has been outstanding .
We are cautiously optimistic about the progress made to date , especially during a period of streamlining and stabilisation to ensure our fledgling business has a strong foundation moving forward .
We have very clear expectations as a business and feel we have met them . Now we move into a period of optimisation , refining out operations to maximise efficiency and continually improve the range and quality of products and service we can offer our customers .
