In 2008 , with the admission of a third partner – engineer Jorge Mauricy – to the Grimberg brothers ’ team , SIG strategically incorporated practices of corporate governance by means of an action plan . The plan included the definition of the area of interest , a thorough analysis of each real estate market segment , the development of distinguished and complementary products , in addition to projects in areas with great potential based on the future estimation of the “ carioca ” market .
