Formed by the Territorial São Paulo Mineração SA and ADTranz Sistemas Eletromecânicos SA , the group works on projects for government agencies and public and private companies .

Arena Dunas – Natal construction purposes in the São Paulo metropolitan area , while Adtranz is dedicated to turn key solutions for energy , ventilation , electromechanical assembly , supply networks and other infrastructure services .
Construtora Ferreira Guedes As the center of the Agis group operations , Construtora Ferreira Guedes brings major infrastructure projects in its portfolio . Founded in 1936 , it is responsible for some of the most emblematic projects in Brazil , having participated in construction of most of the roads in the state of São Paulo and many other parts of the country , as well as the Carajás railway and the Transposition of San Francisco River .
According to Carlos Nobre , Director of Business Development of Agis Group , despite being dedicated to public contracts in recent years , his team is also developing new parternships and contracts in the private sector .
