AG Engineering bases its corporate governance on policies that set the basic guidelines to ensure the viability and completion of not only the project but its strategic objectives as well .
The GSM spearheaded the supplier certification process implemented in 2015 . It is backed by an evaluation process that monitors the performance of each supplier . Providers who do not meet the required minimum benchmarks may submit an Action Plan — that will be evaluated and monitored by AG Engineering — in the hopes of being included in AG ’ s list of strategic suppliers .
