Every industry is evolving so quickly , and the cycles every two or four years reinvent themselves , and if you ’ re not able to do that then it ’ s going to be a struggle . I think it ’ s something we take quite seriously , not to rest on our laurels . Be aware of what ’ s coming up around the corner because it comes around a lot quicker than we ’ ve all been used to .”
