ACP has its own training programs for all levels , from constant training for employees in charge of basic , manual tasks , to managerial development courses . Some of these programs include the PMI certification course for canal project managers at every level , ship simulator training for Postpanamax pilots , and e-learning lessons when new equipment is deployed .
