Future Projects for ACP After Expansion Completion

The opening of the expanded canal is expected for April 2016 .
“ The project must be completed by December 2015 , which means new locks are to become fully operational for training mode . By January we will perform tests with our boats and crew , and in April it will be open for regular commercial operations ,” the vice-president said .
