“ The InCommand system is linked to the in-house management systems , building management systems and electrical power management systems , so it knows instantly what ’ s going on in every data centre in every corner of the world and can pre-diagnose a range of issues ,” he adds .
“ So , for example , if a chiller unit is running at less than maximum efficiency , it can diagnose this and raise a ticket to carry out a preventive maintenance task on it .”
