CSR starts internally
For the past four years , LATCO ’ s Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ) programs have focused on the development of its employees and their families . Most notably is the “ Educándome ” ( educating myself ) program , which helped twelve employees obtain bachelor ’ s degrees in 2015 .
