As Executive Vice President of BLT for the past 20 years , Dave Barrow has overseen the construction and staffing for all BLT construction sites . Barrow has proudly delivered challenging schedules for hundreds of restaurants , office buildings , hotels , and Sprung Structures across Ontario and the Caribbean . Barrow has been instrumental in the rapid growth of the Sprung Structures division of BLT who are the Eastern Canada construction partner . Thus far Barrow has overseen well over 75 Sprung related projects in the past 15 years .
