Allowing its commercial teams to be able to log information in real time on mobile devices while in conversation with distributors and customers made a big difference . Sales managers were able to create heat maps for regions and team members , and provide sales performance analytics to the salesforce . These capabilities empowered the sales teams to be more competitive and ‘ want to win ’.
