A lot of companies are moving either their headquarters or material or a substantial portion of their business to that area ,” says Ooley . “ And for example , Toyota , Liberty Insurance , these are companies that have moved a lot of their operations to that submarket . We wanted to be right in the heart of it . “ Texas has sold itself number one as being a very businessfriendly state . Two , I think from an affordability standpoint , relative to the coast , California , New York , the cost of doing business here is still very affordable . There ’ s a huge talent pool here .
