Corporate Safety Director Tomasz Dering leads safety operations for Plaza , regularly meeting with OSHA ( Occupational Safety and Health Administration ) to make sure the company is on track with the latest regulations . “ We have safety initiatives to reward the subcontractor workforce for a safe job environment ,” adds Meltzer .
