The Colombian Chamber of Infrastructure ( CCI ) was established on June 10 , 2003 , as a result of the visionary fusion of traditional sector unions , namely the Colombian Association of Engineers Builders ( ACIC ); Colombian Association of Consultancy and Engineering ( AICO ); Consultants Association of Colombia ( ASCOL ), and the Colombian Association of Dealers Infrastructure and Services ( CONCESIA ).

The organization is made up of representatives of business activities that make up the value chain infrastructure sector : manufacturers , consultants , dealers , and suppliers of goods and services .
