Derek Davis is president and shareholder of davisREED Construction . In this capacity he will
provide the team with overall and executive oversight from Notice to Proceed through Contract
Closeout . Derek has more than 30 years of experience leading the preconstruction , estimating ,
and cost modeling on numerous hospitality projects throughout the United States . Over the last
decade , he has concentrated his energies on luxury projects , such as Four Seasons Palo Alto , Ritz Carlton in Rancho Mirage and the Biltmore in Santa Barbara , as well as various multi-family and concrete podium projects .
